We only collect data when
you place an order. Your
information is kept as long
as you are an active
customer. We will NOT share
you information out side of
our company, other than
information placed on
shipping label. We will
correct any inaccurate
information.
Shipping
You are responsible
for entering your
information correctly when
placing an on line order. We
make every effort to obtain
the correct information when
you place order over the
phone.
If you enter the wrong
address in your shipping
information there may be an
additional fee for shipping.
UPS and the freight
companies charge us an
additional fee for wrong
addresses, and corrections
for UPS cost $5.00, and
motor freight mistakes can
be over $100.00. Please
enter your data correctly!
Returns:
Returned goods incur a 20%
restocking fee. No returns
on flags that have been
flown will be accepted. You
will be responsible for the
shipping or motor freight of
the products shipped to you,
and you must prepay the
return freight. Return
authorization required and
you should include your name
and address so we know who
to credit.
No returns on flags,
exchange only and ONLY on
unused products.
20% restocking fee applies
to all acceptable returns.
Customer is responsible for
freight & or shipping in
both directions.
We make every effort to
properly display the proper
information and photos of
the items we sell and do not
use a photo of a large
commercial flagpole in our
information pages for small
home kits.
We do not show you a photo
of a beautiful
"Signature
Series Flag"
and then ship you a lesser
quality flag or a cheap
import.
What does that mean to
you? What You See, Is What
You Get. Flagpole kits are
kits, Flagpoles are
Flagpoles, there is a
difference. If product says
flagpole kit it is delivered
in smaller pieces you
assemble.
A Flagpole kit ships USPS or
UPS. They are light duty and
are produced in usually 4 to
5 foot sections.
A Flagpole Ships Motor
Freight because they are
manufactured of heavier,
thicker material and in one
piece in various lengths up
to 35 feet. A 60 foot pole
would be shipped in roughly
3 equal pieces totaling 66
feet of assembled length. (6
ft. in foundation.)
Alignment sleeves are quite
a bit different on large
flagpoles than the swaged
ends on kits.
