     This is all helpful information that will allow you to choose a flagpole that fits your size requirements and works in your wind zone. Please see our Wind Chart  if you do not know your wind zone.

Commercial Flagpoles - Part number starts with "C"
Residential Flagpoles  - Part number starts with "E"
Sentry Flagpoles (internal halyard using a rope system)  Part number starts with "S"
Independence Flagpoles (using a stainless steel winch and cable system)  Part number starts with "I"

Hurricane Series Flagpoles are listed "H"  (for elevated wind areas like southern and eastern Florida)

Wall thickness; .125 - .156 - .188 - .250  -  .375 the bigger the number the stronger the flagpole. Same applies to

Butt Diameter; They range from 3" thru 12" the larger the diameter the stronger the flagpole. So using a combination for wall thickness, and larger diameters you can achieve wind ratings that meet almost any area.
